Joe Berger began One to One Interactive in 1992, as a consultancy serving agencies and corporations by providing technical service and support for CD-ROM, multimedia, and later, Internet technologies. Serving as a Principal Architect, Senior Producer, Lead Developer, or Technology Manager, Joe has worked on a variety of high-profile interactive projects for American Express, Avery Dennison, Diversified Investment Advisors, GE Capital, Lucent, and NASDAQ. He has also worked directly with design firms and interactive agencies such as The Sterling Group and Addison, as well as Digitas and Dennis Interactive, respectively.

Before launching One to One, Joe was a professional photographer in New York, specializing in corporate portraiture for annual report, advertising and magazine clients. Since the early 90s, Joe has taught a range of classes in CUNY's photography program, including Digital Photography, Photography Business Seminar, Studio Photography, and most recently, a course in Beginning HTML and JavaScript.

Joe received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Ohio State University and earned an Associate of Science degree in Photography from Rochester Institute of Technology.
